I earned my Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville. I am currently in training to become a certified American College of Sports Medicine Wellness Coach. I have years of experience in dietary one-on-one coaching as well as personal and group fitness training.
As your Wellness coach, I plan to not only help you discover what "healthy" means to you, but also guide you to start making positive changes to acquire "YOUR BEST HEALTH".
